This workshop will focus on practical information that may be used in the development of policies for non-appointed church staff. A sample employee handbook will be distributed to each attendee, with a review of the document forming the basis of the discussion. Each church with representatives in attendance will receive a flash drive containing the sample handbook that can be adapted by the SPRC to the unique circumstances of each church.
