This workshop will provide an overview of some of the most common employment-related issues, as well as offer tools to help churches decide whether the person doing the work is an employee, contractor, or volunteer. There will also be a discussion of items and issues relating to the payment of wages, including the question of classification as either exempt or non-exempt.
