A number of our churches are exploring this subject or are thinking about becoming a reconciling community. This workshop will provide some ideas on starting those difficult conversations, tools which can be used through the process, and resources which are available to help guide the group’s process. We will look at cultural competencies, managing courageous conversations, and explore and unpack some of the many resources available.
